ADS-B Upgrades
The FAA ADS-B equipment mandate is quickly approaching. Canada West Avionics can assist you with the best solution for your aircraft. We have already performed ADS-B updates on all types of light aircraft, corporate aircraft and helicopters.
ADS-B OUT can be integrated into your aircraft with just a transponder upgrade or can be fully integrated into your flight deck with ADS-B IN & OUT displaying FIS-B weather (within the US Airspace) and TIS-B traffic on your existing displays and/or portable devices.
If your existing GPS receiver is WAAS enabled, CWA will connect your new ADS-B compliant transponder into this system. If you do not have an existing WAAS GPS, we can upgrade your existing equipment, or install a dedicated WAAS receiver, or use one of the transponder units that have a built-in WAAS receiver.
For corporate operators, many aircraft have manufacturer approved service bulletins to make your aircraft compliant. CWA can perform those service bulletins or use third party approvals to reach compliance.

I approached Gordon Bott at Canada West Avionics at CZBB (Boundary Bay) before Christmas about an Aerospace Logic fuel gage, an AOA, and some small lighting issues. He promised me a quote as soon as possible.
He very kindly, and very quickly had the pitch servo removed and we confirmed that one of the switches was broken. He kept the servo ad will order the parts today.
